Looking for a challenge in civil protection and humanitarian aid?

PCPM – Polish Center for International Aid – is recruiting a Director of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR)! This is a key role in building crisis response capabilities in Poland and abroad, collaborating with the civil protection system, UCPM, and WHO.

Why apply for this position?

Supervise crisis modules like EMT Type 1 Medical Teams, medical evacuations, and operational readiness.
Act as a partner with the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA), the National Headquarters of the State Fire Service (KG PSP), and international mechanisms – strengthen PCPM’s position in the EU and worldwide.
Coordinate contingency plans and develop bilateral cooperation.

Requirements for you:
Polish citizenship or permanent residence in Poland, fluent English.
Knowledge of the Polish civil protection system and experience at the intersection of public administration, NGOs, and EU/international structures.
Autonomy, systems thinking, and willingness to travel on business.
