Your responsibilities
Our client is a successful European company active in the production and sale of functional clothing and equipment for outdoor and winter sports, specializing in ski mountaineering, skiing and hiking. The client has been in business for over 30 years in 11 countries and has ambitions to become the market leader for Central and Eastern Europe.
Your role will be to approach key players to establish new business relationships for expansion as well as nurturing existing business to increase sales. The position is suitable for a proactive business person, ready to take responsibility for developing and achieving the client’s goals in the Poland market.
Your job will include:
- Adapting and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and market share in the B2B segment
- Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and nurturing existing clients
- Managing the entire sales cycle
- Contributing to the achievement of the company’s set business objectives
- Managing and overseeing sales and marketing budgets
- Market analysis, working closely with the sales and marketing department
- Representing the company’s products at customer meetings, exhibitions and events
Requirements
- You have proven sales experience in the B2B segment of 5 years or more (required)
- You can make strategic business decisions and take responsibility for them
- You are a professionally oriented person with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- You know how to analyse data and use available tools (MS Office, ERP, Power BI)
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a great advantage
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a professional demeanour
- You can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
