Are you a newcomer in Poland? You’re just starting your job search in Poland? Do you struggle with misunderstandings at work in Poland? Join our workshop.

During the workshop you will learn:
– how to prepare for the job search in Poland
– the best job search strategies in Poland
– about the Polish labour market situation and trends
– how culture affects recruitment processes
– what norms and patterns people follow in the workplace in Poland
– how to get along with Poles in the workplace
– what misunderstandings at work can arise from and how to deal with them
– how to build relationships at work

The workshop is conducted by:
Aleksandra Ośko – coach, intercultural trainer, career counselor, with 15 years of experience in working with newcomers to Poland and supporting them in the adaptation process.

The workshop is organised within the framework of the project “Krok do kariery w Polsce”. The project is financed by the City of Warsaw.
