It was a great honor to welcome so many guests and friends of PCPM to the Medevac Hub Jasionka.
Today, Zofia Kwolek and Tomasz Lipert, on behalf of Polskie Centrum Pomocy Międzynarodowej (PCPM), received a new ambulance specially equipped to meet the needs of patients at the Medevac Hub Jasionka from South Korean Ambassador (대한민국 외교부) Tae Junyoul and Sanja Celebic Lukovac of the IOM – UN Migration.
Over 5,000 people have already arrived at this unique location on the map of Europe, which operates as part of EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid over the past four years. Each person is an example of European solidarity with Ukraine, which has fallen victim to Russian aggression.
We would also like to thank Katarzyna Drążek-Laskowska from Ministerstwo Zdrowia, Karol Ożóg, vice-marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (Podkarpackie – serwis samorządu województwa), Wiesław Buż, First Vice-Voivode of Podkarpackie Voivodeship (Podkarpacki Urząd Wojewódzki w Rzeszowie), and Maciej Ulita, Deputy Mayor of Rzeszów (Rzeszów – stolica innowacji), for attending, as the excellent cooperation between our institutions made it possible to establish the MEDEVAC HUB Jasionka.
